Having both Saturday and Sunday off work seems like a bit of
a novelty to me – so when I got the chance this weekend, Kieran and I decided
to make the most of it!
We stopped off at our usual haunt Framptons for a pancake
breakfast (amazing, as always) before taking a stroll through Ringwood high
street where their fanfare for Spring was being held.
Kieran being his usual handsome self in Framptons, Ringwood. |
Vintage Swing duo Scarlet
Swing performed a set onstage to passers-by and many stall owners along with an
orchestra nearby. We then headed on to shopping at West Quay in Southampton
where I was spoilt to a new Nikon camera bag, 32gb SD card (my 4gb barely lasts
5 minutes in my new camera) and a lovely lightweight blue cotton shirt from
TopShop – perfect for these upcoming warmer months (finally!)
We finished off the evening visiting the Owls Nest bar in
Ferndown to see Kieran’s parent’s friend’s band perform a set, which was a
great end to a lovely day.
Sunday morning meant an actual lie in… I know, shock horror.
Waking up at 10am seems strange to someone who’s up at 6:30am on most mornings!
We then headed back to Frampton’s for lunch with some friends and an acoustic
set by musician Lucas Raye.
I opted for a chicken ceaser salad with dressing
and a cheeky glass of rose.
Love,
Lottie.
